1. Service and eligibility
GBMod provides software, account services, digital licenses, updates, and support for the products listed on the Store. You must provide accurate account information and comply with the laws that apply to you.
2. Accounts and device binding
Keep your password and license private. A license may be bound to a device HWID and may not be shared, resold, or transferred unless GBMod expressly allows it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, tamper with, bypass license checks, abuse support systems, or use the service to harm other users or systems. We may suspend access when misuse threatens the service or its users.
4. Purchases and availability
Prices, currencies, product terms, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Digital access is delivered after payment confirmation and may depend on a third-party payment provider. We may change or discontinue a product with reasonable notice where practical.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account or license for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
